About the wine
A juicy white wine made from autochthonous grape varieties. It is reminiscent of citrus fruits and orange blossoms. With its elegant, mineral aroma, this wine is a perfect accompaniment to fish and white meat.

Vinification
The grapes are selected, destemmed and pressed. The juice is transferred to stainless steel tanks and left at 8°C for 48 hours. The alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks and the wine is then converted into French oak barrels
