Tasting note
Color: shiny salmon pink with a touch of rosé de Provence. Aromatics: Extensive, ripe redberry notes of strawberries and raspberries are combined with the pronounced cold fermentation aromas of ice candy, a subtle earthy touch provides a nice counterpoint. Body: Velvety, soft start, delicate acidity, seductive fruit sweetness, delicate aromas of red berries on the palate, perfectly balanced.
