Tasting note
Its unparalleled ruby red is the icing on the cake for any special occasion. Your friends will tell you. The Coto de Imaz Gran Reserva Rioja DOCa's fruity aromas of black cherry, chocolate and cooked blackberry express a lot of character with a very unique structure. Afterwards, the playful nuances of prune, clove and marmalade reveal their own character. A fruity red wine with a strong body and fresh acidity, which harmoniously develops its complex structure with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with roast beef served with gratin dauphinois, classic roast veal in the oven, Tessin style kids and mature white cheese.
Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: 16-19 months in new American oak barrels and then bottle maturation for 24 months
