Tasting note
Nice garnet red robe. The nose offers a wonderful aromatic bouquet with notes of red and black fruits such as cherries and blackcurrants, mixed with floral notes, spices and “garrigue”. Elegant on the palate with fine and silky tannins and aromas of small red fruits. The finish is racy with nuances of tobacco.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with barbecues, pasta, lamb, vegetarian dishes, cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are sorted and destemmed after harvesting. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks of between 150 and 190 hl. After malolactic fermentation, the wines are partly filled into oak barrels, partly into oak foudres and finally into stainless steel tanks, where they mature for one year.
