Tasting note
Nice ruby red color, bright and deep. Its nose, powerful and delicious, expresses notes of fresh red fruits, wrapped in a nice touch of cocoa. The palate is soft and round, with lovely aromas of fresh fruit. Long aftertaste with silky tannins.
Culinary recommendation
This light and fruity red wine goes well with starters or first courses, such as dried tomato cake or grilled meat.
Vinification
Mash and seed. The various grape varieties and plots are vinified individually. Pumping over and delestage combined with a slight injection of the pomace hat (pigeage) by a “pigeage robot.” Good temperature control thanks to the hydrothermal probes, which are installed in each tank.
