Often referred to as “Baby Beaucastel”, as its terroir is directly east of the famous winery and has similar geological conditions, the Coudoulet de Beaucastel presents itself in bright gold with delicate greenish reflections. On the nose, an elegant, sophisticated bouquet with aromas of citrus fruits and rose petals unfolds. The palate shows precise tension and perfect balance — fresh citrus notes are accompanied by a fine, pleasant bitter note, which is accompanied by salty nuances. In the finish, the richness of the Marsanne grape comes into its own and gives the overall picture a harmonious structure.
