About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Château Robin grows this wine in the Bordeaux countryside. If we can offer something special for Easter 2022, it is this dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 — Côtes de Castillon AOC, wooden box. Tasting note
The wine has intense aromas of violets, black plums, cherries, licorice and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, opulent and profound, with a long, mineral-salty finish.
Culinary recommendation
This wine goes well with grilled meat, lamb dishes, game and hearty vegetarian dishes. It is also an ideal accompaniment to dishes with mushrooms or truffles.
