Tasting note
Coteaux Champenois is the name of still wines that are produced in Champagne. This can only be achieved from the best locations, otherwise the grapes are simply too unripe. Not many winemakers dare to do this unless they are 100% sure that they can make something good out of it, such as Lelarge-Pugeot. This 100% Pinot Noir is fresh, has soft tannins and is perfect as a food companion. A lot of depth due to the long maturation in wood foudres for 18 months.

Aged in Foudres for 18 months.
