About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this strong Shiraz 2019 — Côte Rotie "Mon Village". The winemaker from the French winery Ogier Stéphane greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Côtes du Rhône countryside. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This shiraz is ideal to serve with game or roasted vegetables.

Tasting note
The nose is dominated by red and black fruits such as raspberries and cassis and prominent floral notes. On the palate, the wine is at its best. Balanced between finesse and concentration, rich and juicy.

Goes well with lamb loin, veal cutlet, game, truffle risotto and cheese.
