About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this powerful Shiraz 2016 Côte-Rôtie AC Lieu-Dit Le Plomb. The wine-growing regions of the French winery Les Vins de Vienne extend across the landscapes of the Côtes du Rhône, where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine. The Flaschenpöstler promise a dining experience when you serve this Shiraz with game or roasted vegetables.

Tasting note
The wines from the Côte-Rôtie appellation are in every way a reflection of their extreme environment. They are works of art and work like a hammer with a velvet sole. Powerful, intense but soft. On the nose, floral notes of bakelite, summer truffles, cassis, blackberries, cinnamon and coffee will increase even more. A great classic wine for unique moments.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game, stews, beef, barbecues, roasts, stews, porcini mushrooms.
Vinification
It is aged in French oak for 16 months.
