Tasting note
A typical Mediterranean rosé. Cherry pink. Complex with cherry, caramel and floral aromas. Soft and rich on the palate, nice balance. Fruity with a nice aftertaste
Culinary recommendation
Best served with light dishes, grilled dishes, salads, chicken and spaghetti alla carbonara and soft cheese.
Vinification
Each type of grape is vinified separately. Rebeln, pressing with a pneumatic press, only free-flowing juice is used. Fermentation for 3 weeks at 17°C
