About the wine
Sunny landscapes of Languedoc-Roussillon give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Jean-Claude Mas conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpöstler tip: Pair this Shiraz with roasted vegetables or barbecue.

Tasting note
Rich ruby red. Complex bouquet with ripe fruit, woody and spicy notes. Rich without weighing down with ripe aromas of dried plums and black cherries. Smooth and harmonious, with a long, invigorating finish.
Culinary recommendation
It is good with dried meat, grilled or gratinated vegetables, roulades, sauced meat, gratins, salmon in batter, noodles with nut/cream sauce, cordon bleu and a nice selection of cheeses.
Vinification
Jean-Claude Mas goal was simple. He wanted to make a wine from the best Languedoc crus that would go perfectly with his restaurant's creative cuisine. Mas created much more than a house wine. His Côté Mas line impresses with its straight lines, terroir expression, charm and ensures genuine enjoyment.
