Tasting note
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose with aromas of pineapple, mango and vanilla, plus floral notes. On the palate, with a fine texture and aromas of apple, pear, melon and light spicy notes. Fresh acidity and a citric finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes wonderfully with fried scallops, goat cheese or desserts with fruits.
Vinification
Each of the four grape varieties is fermented individually, aged in steel tanks and then blended into a cuvée.
