With the first-class Cote de Nuits-Villages AC, which was produced in 2011, you will definitely have a lot of fun. The calcareous, loamy soils in Burgundy offer the winemaker from the French winery Joseph Drouhin everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs.

Tasting note
A sophisticated Pinot Noir from the renowned Côte de Nuits with intense aromas of dark berries, cherries and a touch of spices. Well-structured on the palate, with fine tannins and an elegant freshness that ends in a long, harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled lamb, game dishes or aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and fermented in open fermentation vats. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, some of which are new.
