Brilliant gold with subtle green reflections. Pure bouquet, fresh notes of Agrumen and Granny Smith, ripe notes of yellow plums and tangerines, vegetal notes of beech and elderberry. Long, lively first drink, present, strong palate, beautiful acidity, the seductive fruit sweetness and a varietal aroma of elderberry set the counterpoint. Harmonious white wine with present minerals makes drinking fun.
