Das Bouquet des Costa Nera Pinot Nero von Pilzen und Karamellbonbon zeigt komplexen Aromacharakter und viel Finesse. Die dominanten Nuancen von Himbeere, Kirsche und Vanille gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Mit verhalten angenehm ausgebauten Tanninen, mittelkräftigem Körper und dominanter Säure präsentiert dieser fruchtige Rotwein seine meisterliche Struktur.
Culinary recommendation
The perfectly ripe fruit and velvety tannins go very well with red meat, but also with Parma ham, grilled fish and ripe hard cheese.
