About the wine

Tasting note
The ripe Nebbiolo grapes from the Valgella sub-zone are harvested during the second half of October. It ages in oak barrels for 12 months. The taste of this wine makes the connoisseur think of the ruggedness of the land, the laborious cultivation and the immense amount of work involved. A beautiful, lovely and traditional Valtellina.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with sausages, buckwheat dishes, pizza and pasta.
