Tasting note
Flawless Sancerre start. Animating aromas of ripe stone fruits, slightly exotic, lime zest with hints of gooseberries and elderberries. Terrific mineral notes of moist lime and chalk. Tone on the palate with finesse and elegance. It impresses with a sparkling clean aroma: fresh citrus fruits, subtly floral, plus green berries with a clearly noticeable mineral note. The acidity is perfectly incorporated and carries the wine all the way to the end. It has a persistent and medium-bodied finish with a salty aftertaste. In short: an absolute dream Sancerre.
