Tasting note
Shiny garnet red with ruby red reflections, very concentrated on the nose, notes of sweet cherries, red currants and spicy wood. Very complex on the palate, red berries, fine roasted aromas, some spice, vanilla and mocca. Very complex and perfectly balanced in a long aftertaste.

Delicious ingredients for beef and veal from the oven or from the grill, dried meat specialities and mature cheeses.
Vinification
After harvesting by hand, the Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed and crushed. Fermentation takes place in large wooden vats. The young wine is then aged and refined for 24 months in 228 l pieces.
