Tasting note
Color: Rich cherry red with purple reflections. Aroma: Overwhelming bouquet of dark fruits and compote, at the same time subtle roasted aromas with a hint of vanilla. Character: On the palate, a wonderful mix of black and red berries. Juicy, full-bodied and velvety with an elegant structure. Wonderful, long-lasting finish. Pure pleasure from Reserve de Don Carlos!
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with beef or lamb, game, barbecues, but also with poultry or red mullet. Great with cheese.
Vinification
Careful aging for 15 months in new large French oak barriques (500 liters).
