About the wine

Gramona is a family-owned winery that was founded back in 1881 and is now managed by Jaume and Xavier Gramona in the 5th generation. While other sparkling wine producers in Penedés themselves have responded to market challenges with quantity under the D.O. CAVA quality label, Gramona, with a few, selected winemakers under the EU brand CORPINNAT, has unconditionally focused on quality and has long been regarded as the best and finest address for Spanish sparkling wines. Vinification involves rigorous aging on fine lees, often several years, and grapes from the best vineyards of Pénedes, such as La Plane and the steep slopes of Mas Escorpi. Gramona CORPINNAT have a firm structure, harmony and fine acidity like only large champagnes, but in all this they have greater expressivity. Lots of style, very sexy!
