About the wine

Gramona is a family-owned winery that was founded back in 1881 and is now managed by Jaume and Xavier Gramona in the 5th generation. While other sparkling wine producers in Penedés themselves have responded to market challenges with quantity under the D.O. CAVA quality label, Gramona, with a few, selected winemakers under the EU brand CORPINNAT, has unconditionally focused on quality and has long been regarded as the best and finest address for Spanish sparkling wines. Vinification involves rigorous aging on fine lees, often several years, and grapes from the best vineyards of Pénedes, such as La Plane and the steep slopes of Mas Escorpi. Gramona CORPINNAT have a firm structure, harmony and fine acidity like only large champagnes, but in all this they have greater expressivity. Lots of style, very sexy

Tasting note
Sailing yacht - soft, quiet nobility, that wonderfully smooth way of moving around, that sublime elegance, and that refreshing spray, calm, bright red fruit, strawberry, raspberry, with a creamy note, after some time and air also caramel, a touch of coconut, plus that fresh bite, the invigorating spice, fresh herbs and shrubs. On the palate, noble fresh, gentle foaming, the fresh but slightly sweet, bright red fruit, calmly carried and creamy, again this gliding style, the noble peace and sweet elegance in movement, and the slightly tart blowing freshness, everything here is equally light and sovereign and of incomparably smooth beauty. Always surprising how effortlessly and admirably beautiful Gramona passes by many well-known champagnes.
