Tasting note
Golden yellow with light perlage and creamy foam. On the nose, strong mineral aromas, accompanied by fruity nuances and a touch of brioche. Fine perlage, fresh, pleasant start, very well-integrated but present acidity, long-lasting finish. Quality: Franciacorta, which reflects the great passion and ambition of the winery.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with sushi, fish dishes, oysters and aperitifs.
Vinification
72 months aging on yeast in stainless steel tanks, 8 months in bottle.
