Sein elegantes Rubinrot krönt jedes festliche Mal mit Stil und Zauber. Diese Farbe finden Sie in keiner Farbpalette. Wuchtiger Körper und markante Säure ergeben den Rotwein, welcher angenehm mit feinen Tanninen im Mund sehr viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.

Vinification
For many years, the entire winery has been managed according to environmentally friendly principles. The ripeness of the grapes is constantly monitored shortly before harvesting in order to determine the optimal harvest time. The harvest amount is strictly limited to guarantee the highest quality. The harvest is picked by hand and sorted out after arrival in the cellar to keep only the best berries. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is only slightly filtered before bottling.
