About the wine
LYSERØD is the perfect alcohol-free alternative to rosé. It is the driest version of sparkling tea, yet soft and round in taste. You'll experience intense aromas of red berries and red apples. This is followed by a complex and pleasantly dry taste, thanks to oolong tea combined with a touch of blackberries and hibiscus. The whole thing is balanced by the mild white tea Silver Needle and rounded off with slightly bitter fruit notes. The color is a light rosé. This sparkling tea does not contain sulfites.

Tasting note
Although Lyserød is dry, it has a soft, round taste with intense aromas of red berries and apples, followed by oolong tea combined with notes of blackberries and hibiscus. The drinking experience is rounded off by the taste of soft silver needle tea with its slightly bitter fruit notes.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with light salty dishes. It goes particularly well with seafood and especially with oysters.
Vinification
Sparkling teas consist of up to 13 types of organic tea, including black, green, white and oolong tea. Sommelier Jacob Kocemba brews the teas by hand. Each tea is individually treated and processed in small batches to ensure the highest quality. The tea blends are refined with white wine or grape juice as well as natural aromas such as lemon juice, without artificial additives.
