About the wine
Blooming and fertile landscapes in Sicily give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Benanti conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Nerello with beef goulash or Sicilian pasta dishes.
Tasting note
Die Aromen von Leder, Zimt und Gewürznelke drücken viel Komplexität mit einer ganz besonderen Struktur aus. Danach zeigen die fruchtigen Nuancen von wilder Erdbeere und schwarzer Kirsche ihren eigenen Charakter. Leichter Körper und dominante Säure ergeben den Rotwein, welcher angenehm mit feinen Tanninen im Mund viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.

Vinification
After hand harvesting and fermentation with local yeasts, the young wine matures in French oak tonneaux for 12 months.
