About the wine
Contadi Castaldi has been Ducati Corse's official wine partner since 2016. These two brands share similar values such as ambition, drive to innovate, research, experimentation, dedication and creativity, which strengthens their connection. To celebrate this partnership, a special cuvée was created: the Ducati Brut Race. A lively and aromatic brut that offers a soft and accessible sensory experience. It embodies a balanced and versatile style and should be a lot of fun — a Franciacorta that invites you to enjoy!

Tasting note
In the glass, it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, invigorated by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh, with floral notes of linden, citrus, white peach and green pepper. On the palate, it is firm and crunchy, fresh and vertical, spicy, sophisticated and with a very pleasant, persistent finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, fish, sushi and poultry.
Vinification
Made using the traditional method. 26 months of bottle fermentation on yeast. Disgorgement is followed by 6 months of flat aging.
