About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Falua masters this red wine in the sunny countryside of Ribatejo. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Cabernet Sauvignon with pizza with mushrooms or Gruyère burger.
Tasting note
Aromas of red fruits and jam, framed by delicate spicy nuances, given by aging in oak barrels. The soft tannins give this wine an exceptional and well-balanced structure and elegance. Long-lasting finish with notes of ripe black fruit. Nice ruby red.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with charcuterie, wild terrines, pasta, veal bratwurst, grilled or fried red meat and game specialties.
