Tasting note
The single-vineyard wine Finca Alto Cantabria is presented in a straw-yellow robe with greenish reflections. It shows intense aromas of white flowers, melons and pears with smoky notes and a delicate hint of hazelnuts. On the palate, it is complex, full-bodied, with a slightly salty and spicy character, typical of the calcareous soil of Alto Cantabria. The aftertaste is elegant and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
White meat, pasta with white sauce, fried vegetables, risotto, sushi and various starters such as foie gras.
Vinification
6 months in French oak barrels.
