Tasting note
On the nose, it develops an aromatic bouquet of ripe blackcurrants, plums and blackberries, complemented by fine notes of violet, graphite and fine spices. On the palate, it is elegant and balanced, with juicy fruit, silky tannins and a fine mineral freshness. The aftertaste is long, smooth and subtly spiced.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with grilled or braised beef, rack of lamb, duck breast or game dishes. It is also an excellent accompaniment to aged hard cheese and truffle dishes.
