Tasting note
A bright ruby red that appears slightly translucent. The nose seduces with an enchanting scent that alternates red fruits and floral notes, reminiscent of cherries and raspberries, complemented by delicate shades of nougat and milk chocolate. On the palate, there is concentrated fruitiness, accompanied by fine roasted aromas. Wild strawberries combine with a gentle spiciness and elegant, well-integrated tannins. The finish is lively, balanced and ends with a charming finale.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with venison schnitzel, veal cutlet, Zurich schnitzel, Wellington filet and tartare. Also excellent in combination with semi-hard cheese and fondue chinoise.
