One of the most popular white wines from the renowned Staatskellerei Zürich. It is characterized by a harmonious fruitiness and is ideal for salads, cold platters and freshwater fish.

Tasting note
Golden yellow in color. Bewitchingly scented with quinces and mirabelles. The smooth palate tastes of fine fruit compote and sweet honeydew melon. Mild in acidity - strong in taste. Full-bodied and slightly mineral right up to the long lingering finish.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif or with cold meat platters, mild fish and vegetable terrines. It goes well with vegetarian dishes, steamed freshwater fish, light Far Eastern dishes as well as chicken and hot cheese dishes. It is also a wonderful choice with fresh and ripe hard cheeses.
