About the wine
The Pasqua wine house is a long-established family business founded in 1925 by four brothers. Since its creation in the early 1980s, the Cecilia Beretta line has been an experimental stage for Pasqua to modernize its traditional plants. In the meantime, the enormous investments have paid off. The vines have reached an interesting age and there has been a noticeable increase in quality. Today, Cecilia Beretta presents a line that is second to none, new dimensions of aromatic refinement and elegant taste.

Goes well with grilled meats, tagliata di manzo, lamb, ossobucco, cheese
Vinification
The Corvina-Merlot blend is pressed together and aged together in steel tanks. The remaining 30% Merlot is stored in stainless steel tanks on fine yeast. The two are then mixed together. The wine is then aged in barriques for around 8 months.
