Tasting note
A comparison with other European wines is worthwhile: Coma Vella is a complex wine with structure, lots of fruit and substance. This very concentrated wine leaves a strong impression on the nose: raspberry, plum, cassis, cherry. This is accompanied by sensory impressions reminiscent of mint, herbs, licorice, cinnamon and tobacco. It is characterized by extreme density, delicious sweet notes reminiscent of preserves, and a fruity aftertaste. A wine of a special caliber that knows how to present itself skillfully.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game, hard cheese, châteaubriand and beef filet stroganoff.

Aged for 12 months in barriques (French oak)
