Blooming and fertile Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Castello Romitorio conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
A new creation from Castello Romitorio. Only 6000 bottles of this wine are produced from young vines in a hitherto untouched location. Intense scent of red berries, violets and orange peel. Engaging, full and fruity on the palate with balanced tannins. With considerable aging potential, which will be reflected in additional complexity and deep character in the future.
Culinary recommendation
It is ideal with pasta dishes with meat sauce, cold cuts and cheese.
