About the wine
The winemaker from the Portuguese winery Casa Santos has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the sunny countryside of Extremadura. There is something left over from Christmas dinner every year. Tasting note
An extremely refreshing wine, rich in fruity aromas with exotic character and lively acidity, combined with pleasant floral notes. In the mouth, it is very balanced and shows a great combination of citrus and oak notes, which come from aging in oak barrels.

Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control between 10°C and 12°C. The wine ages in contact with the yeast for 6 months. 25% of the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels.
