Tasting note
Shiny straw yellow, subtle scent of orange zest and citrus blossoms, on the palate it is very fresh and slender with fine fruit and pleasant sweetness. The counterpart to Moscato d'Asti, but from the Euganean Hills in Veneto.

Ideal for desserts, fruits and pastries, but also for an aperitif
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in a pressure tank and is interrupted by cooling. As a result, residual sugar and carbonic acid remain in the wine at just 6% alcohol.
