Tasting note
Medium intense ruby red. The nose is multi-faceted, with aromas of cherries, strawberries and plums combined with notes of sweet cocoa and pipe tobacco with some violet leaves and blood orange. Soft and silky on the palate, the finish is pleasantly floral and spicy.
Vinification
10 days on the skins, after tapping, aging for 10 months in 20hl oak barrels.
