Tasting note
Intense ruby red. On the nose, complex aromas of ripe cherries, wild berries and violets develop, accompanied by notes of tobacco, graphite and fine spices. Elegant and powerful on the palate, with a firm structure, silky tannins and mineral freshness. Long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with braised beef, lamb or game dishes, as well as pasta with hearty ragouts or aged pecorino. A wine for the big table and special occasions.

22 months in Tonneaux with 500 l capacity, including 30% first occupancy and 70% second occupancy.
