About the wine

Eleonora Gottardi, winemaker and whirlwind. From a young age, she traveled widely and traveled a lot. But she moved back home to Veneto, to Bassano del Grappa. There she works with her parents and brother on the Contrà Soarda family winery. Like so many winemakers, she is also a passionate connoisseur and a family person — and has been the proud mother of a son since 2021. Even during pregnancy, she was in the mood for a glass of wine. However, the range of non-alcoholic wines did not really appeal to her. And so she set to work herself right away. Thanks to her know-how, extensive network and lots of curiosity, her “second child” Cølibrì was born after a good two years of brainstorming and tinkering.
