About the wine
This distinctive Garganega 2016 — Colbaraca Soave classico DOC Masi Agricola is a triumph down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! Enchanting and fertile landscapes in Veneto give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Masi conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Light golden yellow; beautifully aromatic and intense bouquet. Ripe apples, pears and delicate almond notes. Well structured, very juicy and fruity on the palate. Tasty and refreshing in the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasti or light fish dishes.
Vinification
The grapes for this cru grow in the Classico zone of the municipality of Soave at about 300 m above sea level on volcanic soils. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and approx. 20% in small wooden barrels. Ageing and refining in steel tanks and then in the bottle.
