Tasting note
Clear, bright ruby. Fresh, fruity, berry nose, scented of cherries, plums, violets and spices. Tasty, round and smooth on the palate. The aromas of the nose are repeated and end in a spicy, juicy finish. The Col di Sasso has a very attractive price/pleasure ratio.
Culinary recommendation
An uncomplicated pizza and pasta wine.
Vinification
The grape varieties are harvested separately and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The assembly and aging are then also carried out in stainless steel containers.
