Tasting note
Klares, helles Goldgelb, mit Aromen von gelbem Apfel und reifen Zitronen sowie einer leicht bitteren Orangennote. Am Gaumen frisch und unterstützt von einer feinen Säure. Mittellanger, schmelziger Abgang.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, saltwater fish and seafood.
Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: 50% of the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel to highlight the citrus fruits, while the other 50% is fermented and aged in used 500-liter barrels. The batonnage is carried out over a period of six months to intensify its richness and texture.
