Tasting note
DO Montsant white wine made from white grenache grown according to organic farming rules. Wine with a small aging process on lees. Quite mineral, with character and freshness. Tropical fruits, pears, apples and limes. Refreshing Herbal and salty notes. The aging in the bottle gives it creaminess. Color: Pale, with shades of grey and green. Bouquet: Aromas of green fruits such as lime, herbs, white flowers, menthol, anise and tropical notes. Very lively. On the palate: Fresh and enveloping in the mouth. Tropical fruits, lime, notes of menthol, green apple. In the aftertaste, salty notes and ginger. Fresh and persistent.
