About the wine
Cannonau is called Garnacha in Spain and Grenache in France. The most-cultivated red grape variety in Sardinia. Depending on the microclimate, produces hearty, fruity to concentrated, dense wines.

Tasting note
The grapes come from the center of the island, in the area around Nuoro and Ogliastra. Bright ruby red, the bouquet unfolds after extensive contact with air, then shows balsamic notes and ripe fruit aromas. Warm and supple on the palate, but not lush, on round tannins with good persistence.

Vinification
Some rest in steel tanks before bottling, some in used barriuqes.
