About the wine
Clos Triguedina is one of the leading wineries in the Cahors wine region and appellation (AOC). The vineyards of this family business, founded as early as 1830, are located west and typically around the beautifully meandering Lot River. Jean-Luc Baldès today produces this characterful red wine with a backbone. It is dominated by Malbec, which is located here and is also known as Cot or Auxerrois. Low-coloured wine that is in line with nearby Bergerac and Bordeaux, both geographically and stylistically.
