Tasting note
Its white gold color is interspersed with silver shimmer. The strong and delicious nose is characterized by acacia and develops the aroma of grapefruit peel with delicate mango notes. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with a wonderful, slightly mineral tension. The rich and complex aroma palette ranges from bergamot to vineyard peach on the finish. The Mediterranean terroir of Clos Mireille is characterized by a balanced saltiness in the finish.
