About the wine

Tasting note
The nose and palate are fine and very open, with aromas of red fruits. The silky tannins support the balance of a wine that is pleasant even when young.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dishes such as poultry, salmon, grilled vegetables or even with tender cheeses such as brie or camembert.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are selected by hand and gently destemmed. The wine is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruity aromas of Pinot Noir. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for about 12 months, which gives it a fine structure and a touch of wood. The wine is slightly filtered before bottling.
