Tasting note
Great personality with influence and passion. Carefree, almost lavish abundance in noble form, sweet, very ripe, dried fruit, sweet spices, cocoa, unpeeled nuts. Expressive on the palate, sweet fruit, yet stylish, never excessive, big, beautiful body, very lasting impression. A great wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty dishes such as lamb loin or beef tenderloin in pepper sauce, but also game dishes such as venison or deer. Ripe Manchego or Comté and grilled mushrooms are also perfect.
Vinification
Very low yields, selective harvesting by hand, temperature-controlled fermentation and maturation in large and small wooden barrels, undecorated and unfiltered.
