About the wine
Domini de la Cartoixa is located about 2 hours south of Barcelona in the heart of Priorat, the oldest wine-growing region in Spain. The 11-hectare farm is managed according to organic viticulture guidelines. Yields are kept as low as possible and as a result, in this barren and rugged mountain area, wines are virtually unbeatable in terms of concentration and intensity.

Tasting note
Very intense cherry red. Full bouquet with aromas of fruit (plums, grapes) and chocolate. Richer, full start, balanced, with a long finale.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with red meat, game dishes and grilled or roasted lamb — preferably prepared a bit stronger.
Vinification
The expansion took place in steel tanks.
